Submission Guideline
SSR’s aim is to assemble a broad range of voices, perspectives, and life experiences. The only criterion for accepting submissions from contributors is quality writing – in English and in English translations – poetry, fiction, non-fiction, prose, drama, interviews, essays on literature, as well as art, photography and graphic narratives. We are open to all literary styles, with writers and artists of all levels of experience encouraged to submit—we publish big names alongside first-time publishers. We are committed to publishing quality experimental and creative writing from the region as well as the wider world for an ever-growing readership in Bangladesh as well as the world outside. Prior to submitting, we encourage authors to kindly peruse our submission guideline and take note of our publishing schedule.
